A traditional fishing lost their home and access to the sea due to the expending reclamation project on Makassar’s coastline. But now they have to survive in a city, without an ocean that was once both their field and backyard.

Reza (9 years old) and Arfah (12 years old) are two little boys bearing huge responsibilities. Both of them have to work from dawn to dusk in the fish market, and to take any kind of job they can get. They have a family to feed, and their own dreams to live.

Hj. Rabiah has served as a nurse for more than 30 years on a the remote islands in the middle of the Flores Sea, Indonesia. She has to break through the fierce sea waves and fight the limits of her authority as a nurse and must adapt to the lack of health facilities in this remote place.
